Wil To Win is a Philippine television variety and game show broadcast by TV5. Hosted by Willie Revillame, it began its live television broadcast on July 14, 2024 on a Sunday and from thereafter regular programming started airing on weekdays on the network's Todo Max Primetime Singko line up.

Background

[edit]

Revillame was the main presenter for Wowowin, which aired on GMA Network and ALLTV from 2015 to 2023, and for Wowowee, which aired on ABS-CBN from 2005 to 2010.[1][2] He previously also hosted Wil Time Bigtime and Wowowillie on TV5 from 2010 to 2013. On June 14, 2024, Revillame announced his new program, Wil To Win, would air on TV5, marking his return to the network after eleven years.[3]

Wil To Win is produced by MediaQuest Ventures, which Revillame partnered with in April 2024.[4]

Wil To Win had a grand launch dubbed as "WIL-come Back Party" which aired on TV5 on July 14, 2024,[5][6] before officially premiering on July 15 on its regular programming on Mondays to Fridays at 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (PST), right after the Korean drama Catch the Ghost.[7] and before the primetime newscast Frontline Pilipinas. But later, it is moved to an earlier, longer timeslot at 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (PST) starting July 29, 2024.[8]

On September 16, 2024, the show is reverted back to 5:00 p.m. timeslot.
