William "Bill" Arthur Reiss is a digital and graphic artist working at Walt Disney Television Studios Production Company right now. Usually working as a writer & storyboard artist in TV shows.[1]

Career

William Reiss first worked on the hit TV Show from Nickelodeon, Spongebob Squarepants as an assistant storyboard artist in Season 1, then got promoted to writer while working with Jay Lender & storyboard artist in Season 2-3, then briefly returned in 2009 to storyboard the main title for the 10th Anniversary special, Truth or Square. After Spongebob, he went to work on Cartoon Network to storyboard for certain shows at that network. He is best known for teaming up with former Spongebob writer C.H. Greenblatt to serve as creative director on his cartoon Chowder (TV series) and they later directed on Fish Hooks that the TV artist co-developed with Alex Hirsch for Noah Z. Jones for Cartoon Network and the Disney Channel respectively. He now works on Mickey Mouse (TV series) as a writer, storyboard artist, & director.[2]
