Winifred Deforest Coffin (October 16, 1911 – December 18, 1986) was an American film actress. Coffin was an actress who appeared in Hollywood films (Now You See Him, Now You Don't), and many television shows including Adam-12, The Doris Day Show, The Debbie Reynolds Show, Lancer, The Beverly Hillbillies, High Chaparral, Death Valley Days, Petticoat Junction, Perry Mason, Bonanza, Bewitched, Honey West, The Ann Sothern Show.

Her alternate names, which she was often also credited as were Winnie Coffin or Winnie Collins. She was wife of author Dean Coffin and mother of five children, including actor Frederick Coffin.
