The World Games 2021 will be hosted in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. It was chosen by the International World Games Association on January 22, 2015.[1]

Bidding process

Birmingham's bid was presented by David Benck, Edgar Welden, Gene Hallman, and Scotty Meyers. The cities that bid for the 2021 games were

The final decision was announced on the 22nd of January 2015 in Lausanne, awarding the games to Birmingham.[2][3]

In addition to Legion Field, Barber Motorsports Park will also be a prime venue for the games.
