Wrong Turn 5: Bloodbath is an American 2012 splatter film and the fifth installment in the Wrong Turn horror/slasher franchise that began with Wrong Turn then continued with Dead End, Left for Dead and Bloody Beginnings. The fifth film serves as a sequel to Bloody Beginnings, and the second prequel to the first installment. It will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on October 23, 2012.[1]
Plot
A small West Virginia town is hosting the legendary Mountain Men Festival on Halloween, where throngs of costumed partygoers gather for a wild night of music and mischief. But an inbred family of hillbilly cannibals kill the fun when they trick and treat themselves to a group of visiting college students.[2]

Production
Filming commenced in mid April and ended on May 5 2012.[3] Left for Dead and Bloody Beginnings director, Declan O’Brien, returned to direct and write the fifth installment.[4]
