XESS-AM (620 AM) is a radio station that serves the area around Tijuana, Baja California. It is licensed to the city of Puerto Nuevo, and shares tower space with sister station XESDD-AM.[2]
History
The concession for XESS-AM begins in Ensenada on 1450 kHz. In 2003, the station was moved to Puerto Nuevo along with XESDD, and the next year, it moved frequencies to 620 kHz to reduce interference to stations in the United States.
