Yamazato is a restaurant housed in the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that is awarded one Michelin star in the period 2002–present.[2][3][4][5][6]

GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 16 out of 20 points.[7]

Head chef of Yamazato is Masanori Tomikawa.[8] Tomikawa took over the kitchen in March 2010, replacing Akira Oshima, head chef since 1977.[9][10]

According to Misset Horeca, the American restaurant guide Zagat praised the restaurant in 2001, shortly before Yamazato earned its Michelin star.[11]

Yamazato is a member of Alliance Gastronomique Néerlandaise.[12] They joined the Alliance in 2003.[13]
