Yuriy Alimovych Halushkin (Ukrainian: Галушкін Юрій Алімович; born June 26, 1971, in Khorol, Poltava Oblast), is a Ukrainian soldier, Brigadier General and Commander of the Territorial Defense Forces since January 1, 2022.[1][2]
