Zhangeldi (Kazakh: Жангелді ауданы) is a district of Kostanay Province in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Torgay.[1] Population: 15,690 (2009 Census results);[2] 20,533 (1999 Census results).[2]
