Zirkuh County (Persian: شهرستان زيركوه) is in South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Hajjiabad.[3]

History

In February 2013, Zirkuh and Zohan Districts were separated from Qaen County in the establishment of Zirkuh County, which was divided into three districts of two rural districts each, with Hajjiabad as its capital.[3] After the 2016 National Census, the village of Abiz-e Jadid was elevated to the status of a city.[4]

At the time of the 2016 census, the county's population was 40,155 in 11,178 households.[2]
