Zlukov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.03 square kilometres (2.33 sq mi), and has a population of 242 (as at 28 August 2006).

Zlukov lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south of Tábor, 32 km (20 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 103 km (64 mi) south of Prague.
