He was born to Sh. Kamal Prakash Bhatnagar (^S/o Lt. Sh. Mohan Lal Bhatnagar & Smt. Rajwati Devi) and Smt. Poonam Bhatnagar (^D/o Lt. Sh. Rajeshwar Swaroop Kashiva & Lt.Smt. Chandrakala Kashiva {both formerly Bhatnagar}).
He is having one sister Akanksha Bhatnagar, Married to Sh. Amit Kumar Bhatnagar (^S/o Sh. Bhatnagar & Smt. Bina Roy Bhatnagar, of Bhind, Gwalior, U.P., currently residing at Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh,India), who is residing at Andheri,Mumbai, with their son, Amish Bhatnagar, born on 7 Nov, 2004 at New Delhi.
He finished his schooling from Tagore International School, East of Kailash, New Delhi and Dayawati Modi Public School,Modinagar, Distt. Ghaziabad-201204, UP, India. Then he did his B.Tech.(Electronics & Communications) from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, India.
