Warrant Officer (United States)[edit]

Eric (assuming your first name is Eric),

When I originally expanded the Army section, I contemplated whether or not to distinguish between the Aviation and Technical Warrants. I chose not to because I didn't want to create an issue where Aviation and Technical Warrants who participate in Wikipedia would have an edit war over which group had preference. If you're introducing that into the article, I just ask that you make sure not to give one group more weight than the other, presenting one front of solidarity among the quiet professionals.

Not to mention that the predominance of specialties and the plurality of warrant officers are Technical Warrants, it can really open a can of worms for this article. Of course, I say all this as an Aviation Warrant. --Born2flie 16:23, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
