Technical evidence is apparently impossible. I was late with the request, although there were suspicions before. I'm presenting behavioral evidence. I would like to remind you that based on the results of the previous discussion, a number of accounts were globally blocked (Cianzera, Torsva45, Lauriswift911, Th3Shoudy) and a number were blocked in separate wikis. Czerka in the list is a new subject also worthy of attention.

For familiarization:
Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Cianzera/Archive;
m:Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Romanized_Kyrgyz#Proposed;
m:Steward_requests/Global/2024-w31#Global lock for HOMIEZAVR;
m:Steward_requests/Checkuser/2024-08#HOMIEZAVR@ky.wikipedia.

The first reason. Often only the pages created by the user are always indicated on the user's page in different language versions of Wikipedia, i.e. it is always a rapidly replenishing list on similar topics (history of Kyrgyzstan, military topics, etc.). For example (Some of the participant's pages have been deleted):
Torsva45 in enwiki;
Lauriswift911 in kywiki;
HOMIEZAVR in kywiki enwiki ruwiki.

The second reason. The subject of the contribution. Examples:
1) Special forces "Boru": The file uploaded by Torsva, an article "Boru (SFU)" in kywiki created by Lauriswift911, the article "Boru (special forces unit)" created in ruwiki and the file uploaded by HOMIEZAVR;
2) List of wars involving Kyrgyzstan, 2022 Kyrgyzstan–Tajikistan clashes;
3) The same contribution to the Commons and Wikipedia. If you compare the files uploaded to the Commons from the accounts listed here, you will see that most of them are related to military topics (signs of paramilitary institutions, military uniforms of Kyrgyz military units, etc.), Kyrgyz tribes, maps, etc.

The third reason. Some accounts were created after the previous ones were blocked and are starting to work according to the same model.

The fourth reason. Editing tags. In the comments to the previous request, I drew attention to the device and the editing mode.

The fifth reason. Insults similar to the Cianzera account. Threats and insults from the HOMIEZAVR. For example, in the Kyrgyz Wikipedia, I do not know of such cases. Bosogo (talk) 11:11, 13 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
