How does wiki citations and tidles work?

The simplest way would to join #wikipedia-en-help, unless you would rather prefer a Wikipedia page, in that case you can look at Wikipedia:Citing sources. If you mean using the four tildes to sign your name, just leave four tildes: ~~~~ and when you save the page, Wikipedia will automatically sign your name.
