Elections to the Parliament of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, Spain, were held on April 17, 2005.
The electoral coalition EA-PNV won 29 seats, the Socialists came second with 18 seats, the PP came in third with 15 seats. The controversial Communist Party of the Basque Homelands won 9 seats.[1]
