Should sites in the excluded cities be categorized here?[edit]

Should sites like Indianapolis Motor Speedway (which is in Speedway) and Fort Benjamin Harrison (in Lawrence) be included in this category, or should they just be put in National Register of Historic Places in Marion County, Indiana? I can see it going either way, since those cities are excluded cities under Unigov. I thought it would be good to document the consensus here. Indyguy (talk) 14:02, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
