Cheng Yi (died 211) was a military general serving under the warlord Han Sui during the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history. He joined his lord in resisting Cao Cao in Guanzhong. He was killed in the Battle of Tong Pass, in the final phases of the battle.

In Luo Guanzhong's historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, he was a subordinate of Han Sui and was killed by Xiahou Yuan at the Battle of Tong Pass.
