Farsian (Persian: فارسيان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Nilkuh Rural District[4] of the Central District of Galikash County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 408 in 114 households, when it was in the former Galikash District of Minudasht County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 472 people in 119 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Galikash County.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 500 people in 142 households.[2]
