Laitila (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈlɑitilɑ]; Swedish: Letala) is a town and a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Southwest Finland region. Laitila is renowned for its poultry farms and egg festival.
