Paraguayan Brazilian (Spanish: Paraguayo-brasileño, Portuguese: Paraguaio-brasileiro) is a Brazilian person of full or partial Paraguayan ancestry, or a Paraguayan-born person residing in Brazil.

Most Paraguayan Brazilians live in the state of São Paulo.
