The 49th Pennsylvania House of Representatives District in southwest Pennsylvania has been represented by Bud Cook since 2017. Following the 2022 redistricting cycle, the 49th District was moved to Lancaster County.

The 49th District was previously located in Fayette County and Washington County.[1] Following 2022 redistricting, the 49th District is located in Lancaster County and includes the following areas:[2]
