  • Libya - railways under construction - break-of-gauge - 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+38 in)/1,435 mm (4 ft 8+12 in) until gauge conversion (some 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+38 in) gauge would need to be converted to 1,435 mm (4 ft 8+12 in)).
