State Commission on Aircraft Accidents Investigation logo

The State Commission on Aircraft Accidents Investigation (SCAAI,[1] Polish: Państwowa Komisja Badania Wypadków Lotniczych, PKBWL) is the civil air accident investigation agency of Poland and a division of the Ministry of Infrastructure. The agency has its headquarters in Warsaw.[2]
