Reference to Michael Been removed[edit]

I removed the reference to Michael Been because the session players on 2nd Chapter albums are not really relevant to the article. There were a lot of great session players on 2nd Chapter albums who have had recording careers of their own, either at the time of subsequently, e.g., Phil Keaggy, Michael Omartian, Jay Graydon, David Hungate of Toto, Jim Gordon of Derek & the Dominos.
