According to this uk.railway post[1], there is a citation for Caroline on the back cover of:

Butcher, Roger; Fox, Peter (June 1987). 1987 Departmental Coaching Stock (3rd ed.). Platform 5 Publishing. Back cover. ISBN 0-906579-70-8. Since its use on the Royal honeymoon train on 29/07/81, TDB 975025 has become BR's most famous departmental coach. The write-ups of an 00-gauge built of 975025 Caroline contain some additional information (possible nickname of the Tea Trolly), and having B5(s) (not B5) bogies. There appears to have been a significant feature in:
