Here's the first sentence in this article:

Alain Etchegoyen (born 1951, Lille – d. April 9 2007), was a philosopher and the last Plan Commissionner before this Commission was abrogated.

What does that mean? What is a "Plan Commisioner"?? "The Commission" refers specifically to WHAT Comission? I'd expect at the very least a link to whatever "Commission" it is. As it is the first sentence is completely cryptic. Michael Hardy 22:39, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
