two distinct schools of this name.[edit]

Note that there was a now-defunct school, also called the Amelia Academy, located in Amelia county during the 19th century, see here:

This school had a number of famous graduates and probably deserves an article, although I can't find sufficient sources to write one right now. It's important to note in searching for information that the school that this article is about was founded in 1964 as a segregation academy, and is not the same school at all.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 18:52, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

appearance of undue weight[edit]

I am in no way trying to give an unbalanced view of this school by adding only information about its status as a segregation academy. I would be thrilled if anyone could find other stuff to put it, but it seems that being a segregation academy is the only thing that this school is notable for.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 19:18, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
