From the entry's history[edit]

Formerly known as Nicholas Blackwell High School, BHS is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is a member of the NASSP, TSSAA, SACAC, and NACAC. The school was built in 1917. All Bartlett public schools separated from Shelby County Schools to form a municipal school system in 2014. Bartlett High School is the largest high school in Tennessee, with a combined 9-12 student body of about 2,813 (710 in the Ninth Grade Academy and 2,103 in Bartlett High School 10-12).

SACS accreditation is easily verifiable at cognia.org. Membership in the other organizations is either commonplace (TSSAA) or unremarkable and do not need mention. Enrollment is equally easily verifiable at NCES. Coverage of the Freshman campus is likely better done on the district's article, as is the formation of the district. Comparisons between schools based on either physical size or population is not encyclopedic content. Penultimance in either is just trivia. YMMV. Are you proposing some content change? FloridaArmy, John from Idegon, wow, I am shocked that such a large and old school with state athletic championships (I specifically remember boys basketball around 2001 or so) and lots of notable alum/faculty has such a short article! Tennessee is really easy to source state championships: [1]. A lot of school articles get great information with bad sourcing, along with a lot of promotional and BS info as well. Some editors zealously remove information with poor sourcing, others work harder to verify it. I see from the history that I had added the championships, with sourcing. The url was no longer valid. I do have a negative opinion about the edit that removed that rather than update the source, but we're a bunch of volunteers with no formal training in what we're doing, so bad stuff happens.Jacona (talk)
