Page layout[edit]

There's a minor problem with the page layout in that the [edit] tags are displaced to the bottom. They seem to be interacting with the content somehow, but I'm unable to figure this out which is why you see 6 edits in a row with no apparent change. I should have used preview, but I thought it was a simple fix - it wasn't. Otherwise it moves all the edit tabs to the bottom 18:23, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merging[edit]

Shouldn't this article have been merged with the Suzuki Vitara/Escudo/Sidekick article? They are the same car after all —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.217.29.141 (talk) 06:32, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No - different trim and engines and different dealers & parts chain. there is no Tracker X-90, for example, no Tracker DOHC 1.8 engines, and Tracker didn't have LX Sport trim versions. Santamoly (talk) 18:01, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

This article has zero references. --FIRExNECK (talk) 06:00, 23 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Now there are, but I had to delete two. One was a MySpace video from an anonymous source, which doesn't meet WP:RS. The other had nothing to do with the section where it was included; it was a different lawsuit. ThatSaved (talk) 16:33, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
A pity. The Myspace video is a priceless and valuable reference produced by Suzuki during the Consumer Reports trial. It showed how Consumer Reports fabricated evidence against Suzuki. It's now almost impossible to find the video anywhere else. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.155.171.63 (talk) 20:54, 8 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chevrolet Tracker should be a disambiguation page[edit]

The mini-SUV Chevrolet Trax, presented in 2012, is marketed in Latin America and Russia under the nameplate Tracker. If this article about the older, completely different, because Suzuki-based "Tracker" exists, there can't be a simple REDIRECT from Chevrolet Tracker to Chevrolet Trax.

So, what is needed? This article needs to be moved to a new title, e.g. "Chevrolet Tracker (Suzuki-based)" or "Chevrolet Tracker (1989-2008)" -- maybe one should split the article and integrate the parts in the articles on the respective original Suzuki-cars. Then the remaining REDIRECT article "Chevrolet Tracker" should be converted in a disambiguation page with links to the article Chevrolet Trax and to the article(s) on the Suzuki-based earlier Chevrolet Tracker.

I will do this by Monday, if nobody else does it before.
