I fixed the link that confirms Pennington's involvement to this company. Nevertheless, I doubt that the story this article tells is correct. I couldn't find another source which confirmed such a involvement, neither to this car nor to several other automobiles by the same name. Especially, Kimes and Clark's Standard Catalogue of American Cars 1805-1942 doesn't mention such a connection.

Although it is correct that Pennington indeed was involved in the cumbersome Tractobile, he went afterwards to build the Stearns Steamer. Pennington is said having built not more than 20 cars in his lifetime.

This Cleveland was built by the Federal Manufacturing Company of Cleveland for the Worthington Automobile Company. As such, ikt was the successor of the Meteor. It was a good and solid car which was raced in 1908 by Louis Chevrolet.--Chief tin cloud (talk) 20:25, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
