Bibliography removal[edit]

This edit [1] removed a large number of bibliographic references. As a scientist, these publications are the primary evidence of his working life. On what grounds were they removed? Stuartyeates (talk) 00:21, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I removed them because they were a large number. We don't need to add a list of his publications to give evidence of his working life, however a selected number of notable publications might be an idea. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 03:44, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The list also needs to be comprehensively wikified and someone needs to troll through google scholar looking for digital copies of them. That's the place to start, not deleting them. Stuartyeates (talk) 05:52, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can't change the link for reference [5], but it no longer links to the article "THE LEGACY OF "OLD BLUE". The new, working, link is https://newzealandecology.org/nzje/1918.pdf If someone who *can* change it could do it, that would be great.
