The result of the move request was: page moved. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 14:44, 10 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • It appears from the trust's website http://www.dgh.nhs.uk/about-us/introducing-the-dudley-group/ that "The" is part of its name (it is used with capital "T" whenever the group is named on the website), so should be included in the title of the article - but the way to achieve this is not by creating a new article at that title and turning this one into a redirect. That was previously done, by an editor with apparent Conflict of Interest, removing in the process some sourced information. I have reverted those changes, and made a request at WP:RM to move the existing article to its correct title (this could previously have been done by any established editor using "Move", but cannot now be done so simply because there is a history of an article at the new title). I believe the move request to be uncontroversial. PamD 22:56, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • versus Wikipedia rule about initial "The". Anthony Appleyard (talk) 10:50, 10 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Anthony Appleyard: my reading of WP:THE is that this title should include "The" as it used consistently, capitalised, on the trust's website. How do you read it otherwise? PamD 13:48, 10 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
