– No clear primary topic. Pageviews indicates that the golfer is currently getting most clicks. Certainly the British Army officer doesn't seem to be primary topic. One option would be to move to current Eric Cole article to Eric Cole (cricketer) Nigej (talk) 07:05, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • The golfer has, of course, just won something I think so will obviously be getting a surge in hits. But a dab page as the main target probably makes sense anyway with all four linked from there. I imagine British Army Officer is the better option - he was obviously that first. Blue Square Thing (talk) 08:22, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom.--Ortizesp (talk) 06:08, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • WikiNav indicates there isn't enough traffic at "Eric Cole" to render graphs at all, so it's safe to disambiguate. --Joy (talk) 13:53, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nomination and Ortizesp as well as per comments by Blue Square Thing and Joy. There are five entries listed upon the Eric Cole (disambiguation) page, with no indication that the British general's historical renown has remained at such a high level that it overwhelms the combined prominence of the remaining four entries. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 20:43, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support no clear primary topic, and he seems better known a British Army officer than a cricketer, so that seems like the correct disambiguation (and Eric Cole (cricketer) can be created as a redirect there too). Joseph2302 (talk) 08:29, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
