Death and Later Life...

I noticed it only ends where he killed Hanzo. Why?

Historically, He and the entire Fuuma clan died during the siege of Odawara with their employers, the Hojo. The bit of him killing Hanzo is fictitious legend. Both men never even knew one another. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.0.103.17 (talk) 12:01, 26 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fuma or Kazama[edit]

I have only ever seen this name as Kazama in Japanese texts. Does anyone know why is it Fuma here? Is there a source for this reading? I'm thinking of moving this page to Kazama Kotarō, which as far as I can ascertain is the correct reading. Is there any compelling reason not to do so? Spventi 06:27, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In popular culture he has come to be called Fuma therefore he is almost only known by that name. Movies, stories, and video games all feature him with the name fuma over Kazama. To move it would be historically corr3ect, but would confuse the broader audience. Hope this helped. Hardworker111 06:13, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
