Matches broadcast in the United Kingdom

[edit]

I added a section on the matches that were broadcast in the United Kingdom. If you have a good memory on which match in a round was broadcast, could you please add them? Thank you! Wonderwizard (talk) 12:27, March 24 2015 (UTC)

TV coverage

[edit]

Sky Sports launched on 20 April 1991 after the merger of British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB) and Sky Television to form British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) in November 1990, so they would've only shown highlights of the final.

BSB showed games from most of the rounds in that season's competition. However, BSB and Sky did simulcast a live 4th round replay tie between Everton-Liverpool on BSB's The Sports Channel and Sky Movies Plus. 2A02:6B6F:FCE4:7300:4D96:7DDB:C21D:485 (talk) 05:21, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@2A02:6B6F:FCE4:7300:4D96:7DDB:C21D:485 I should've said it was a 5th round replay between Everton-Liverpool that was simulcast on BSB and Sky. 2A02:6B6F:FCE4:7300:4D96:7DDB:C21D:485 (talk) 05:31, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
