Originally posted in the main article by 65.184.68.75*********This article is confused. Fort Fisher is about 44 miles south of Holly Ridge and the old Camp Davis. The overhead of the airfield shows the old Camp Davis runway. The discussion about radar facility is probably correct. Besides being a recreation area, the Fort Fisher site is used by the National Guard and hosts the Annual Seafood,Blues and Jazz Festival.

-The page has now been edited with better references and the scope of the article has been narrowed down to just the information concerning Fort Fisher AFS. --PistolPete037 (talk) 21:57, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
