Who is Foster, Who is Seeley?

User:Daderot has provided this: In 1936 Stuart William Seeley invented the Foster-Seeley discriminator with D. E. Foster, publishing details in 1937.Cuddlyable3 (talk) 10:50, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
