The material believed to have been in violation of copyright was the property of Michael Carmichael, and I am the author of both the Wikipedia article: George Berkeley Ross and the article of the same name on www.infinityplus.wordpress.com

I have explained to this editor at his talk page how to adjust the release at the source for our purposes. Currently, it says, "Republication of this material is permitted by the copyright holder: Michael Carmichael." This license is, unfortunately, too restrictive for Wikipedia's purposes. GFDL requires permission for modification as well. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:17, 20 September

Infinityplus now cites the GFDL.

Here is the text from the site:

Republication of this material is permitted by the copyright holder: Michael Carmichael

Infinityplus uses the Gnu Free Document License (GFDL) agreement for all of its text.

Thank you for your reference, and hopefully this will resolve the question you raised.
