Margadh an Fheòir[edit]

"Margadh an Fheòir" may be used on the signs, but it means Grassmarket.

Haymarket, Edinburgh updates[edit]

Please find below updates for the Haymarket, Edinburgh page regarding its Redevelopment section. The below copy is to be added in addition to the information already provided within the Redevelopment section of the article and should be placed after However, delays in the strengthening of the tunnels and the sale of the project to M&G Real Estate and Interserve have delayed the start of the construction. The Haymarket, as the development is to be known, will provide new pedestrian links to neighbouring Fountainbridge and The Exchange district.

Edinburgh property developer Qmile Group received planning permission in 2019 for a £350m mixed-use development on the former goods yard site located on Morrison site next to Haymarket train station.

The masterplan for development, called Haymarket Edinburgh, has been designed by architect Foster + Partners. Once complete, it will comprise five buildings across four-acres providing 370,000 sq ft of Grade

A office space, hotel accommodation and 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space ^[1].

It was announced in March 2020 that a four-star, 362-bedroom hotel and hotel school will be built at Haymarket Edinburgh. It will operated by Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) under a franchise agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

The school will operate academic programmes for people in the hospitality industry ^[2]. Work has started on the development and the first building, 1 Haymarket Square, is expected to be complete in 2022 ^[3].

In July 2020, it was announced that independent investment partnership Baillie Gifford had agreed to pre-let 280,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation at Haymarket Edinburgh on a 20-year lease. Baillie Gifford plans to relocate from Greenside Row to its new head office in the latter half of 2023^[4].

RS Qmile you need to explain if your text is a replacement or an addition: the template instructions say "Clearly indicate which sections or phrases should be replaced or added to, and what they should be replaced with or have added.
