[edit] Which Garden Society?
Former text said that Kurisu was director of the Japanese Garden Society from 1968 to 1972. However the name is ambiguous, as the two societies are, respectively: the Japan Gardening Society (Nihon Engei Kyôkai) which was founded in 1972, and the Garden Society of Japan (Nihon Teien Kyokai). Since the Japan Gardening Society (Nihon Engei Kyôkai) was not in existence in 1968, I assume that the actual society that Kurisu was director of was the Garden Society of Japan (Nihon Teien Kyokai), and have made the correction. I could not find a website for the Garden Society of Japan (Nihon Teien Kyokai), but did find one for their affiliate the International Association of Japanese Gardens Inc. at http://www.japanese-gardens-assoc.org/. --Bejnar (talk) 22:31, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
- If the Japanese Garden Society of Oregon was intended, please correct. --Bejnar (talk) 22:45, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
