Passed away[edit]

"Howard Zimmerman, pioneer in organic chemistry, dies at 85" (died on Saturday, Feb. 11). Source: http://www.news.wisc.edu/20331 "Howard E. Zimmerman, age 85, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012". Source: http://host.madison.com/news/local/obituaries/zimmerman-howard-e/article_59b58cf8-57f9-11e1-89c8-0019bb2963f4.html There is a discrepancy in the dates, second article probably more accurate. Second article also states date of birth: "Howard was born on July 5, 1926, in New York". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.246.2.111 (talk) 14:44, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
