I wish I could take credit for catching it, but it was Wherebot, as it was posted at WP:SCV. Let's do this: If you would be so kind as to email the contributor at the address on this page and ask 1) if that is his own work and 2) whether he will license it under GFDL, I'll temporarily blank the article and mark it as just a possible copyvio, so it won't be deleted until we have a chance to investigate the situation further.
