The man founded the town of East New Market, Maryland in 1776 and needs a page. I own the copyright to the text in the article. The full article is on www.eastnewmarket.org

Article not notable[edit]

I agree with the requested speedy delete. This man does not seem to have any claim to notability. Indecently, the article is written like a resume for the man.Wacko Jack O 22:59, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I rewrote the text so it would have great variation from my website version. I also clarified why Captain James Sulivane is notable. A Captain in Continental Army, and the creator/founder of the town is notable. Just as Governor Hicks and Governor Grason from East New Market are both notable.Collinsfactor (talk) 23:57, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
