Hi, User:Montanabw this image is copyrighted – it is dragged off the RHA announcement – and if the image is fair use, it certainly isn't clear. Please support the claim and see [[1]]. This is in keeping with best wikipedia practice. Further the citations I removed are redundant, excessively so [[2]], and not in the sentence or even paragraph they are referring too. I – and no doubt others – will be working on this page to improve it over the next weeks, I am certain everything possible to attain the best possible encyclopedic entry will be used. There is a fair use rationale at the image’s file. Anyone deceased for whom a free use image cannot be found is fair use with the appropriate tag at the image. Go look at that file. Montanabw(talk) 15:28, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, yes- the image was uploaded using Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard which helps ensure the tags on the image are correct and that the fair use has been correctly applied. Thanks for the help on the citations. I will adopt this in the future. However, it was another issue I was referring to, in which the original new page had all of its citations 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, etc.. together below the 3 paragraphs. It's resolved now so no worries.
I'll dig a little deeper with the images of dead persons, as frankly I don't think that is a particularly good one! Hesperian Nguyen (talk)
