Is this award for women?[edit]

For Iran football award winners, I can't find anywhere that shows a woman has won awards, or that women are eligible to receive the awards. Is it known if this award is for women or not? Helpfulwikieditoryay (talk) 05:47, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
