Merge discussion[edit]

To merge Mano (character), Tharok, and Validus as not independently notable; to not merge Emerald Empress as independently notable; to not merge as proposed Persuader (comics) on the grounds that there should be a better target. Klbrain (talk) 19:31, 16 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It has been suggested in a proposed AFD for the Mano character page that all five of members of the Fatal Five group (Mano (character), Emerald Empress, Persuader (comics), Tharok, and Validus) be merged to the Fatal Five page. Starting a merge discussion here about that to try to develop a consensus for such a move. Will ask the Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics to weigh in on this discussion as well. So far Emerald Empress has got more than just Fatal Five info. She is recently associated in a Suicide Squad comic in rebirth and has a little bit of reception. Also it's more than one alias involving her and the Emerald Eye of Ekron (which is more recurring than the users itself). So I don't agree on that one character. Most of the members of the Legion of Super-Villains have been redirecting to that page anyway as well as those who are members of the Justice League of Earth. If we go with merge, I suggest that the membership sections for the Fatal Five members be spiced up with notable information about them like they did with the membership section of the U-Foes page. Though the redirects will have to link to those sections and voice actor information will have to be compiled under the "in other media" section of this page.
