Program cancelled[edit]

NASA says it is scrapping the Mars Scout mission line because future Martian probes will be heading to the surface. (July 29, 2010) [1] --65.207.116.226 (talk) 15:16, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

? Would it not have been easier just to change is to was in the lead ? Chaosdruid (talk) 15:13, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for the heads up. Now the interested editors can update the article with the background, reasons for the cancelation and the relevant formated references. Also, scrap the section with third mission, etc.--BatteryIncluded (talk) 12:32, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
Or maybe the two of you could do it ? What is wrong with doing a bit of editing - its like there are 20 prefects and only one pupil lol
There is no need to scrap the third mission - it was planned and so it just needs changing to reflect that. As for the "Now interested editors" we do not really need a lesson in how to update an article and you spent all that time to put those notes in here instead of just putting them into the article ?
Chaosdruid (talk) 13:23, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
Yes, PMS is tough. Those who can't do it should step aside for those doing it. Thank you.--BatteryIncluded (talk) 18:33, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
