I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Mexico national football team schedule and results's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "schedule":

  • From Jamaica national football team: "Hexagonal fixtures confirmed in CONCACAF". FIFA.com. 8 November 2012.
  • From Clausura 2013 Copa MX: "Listo el Calendario de la COPA MX, Clausura 2013. Iniciará el 15 de Enero" (in Spanish). Liga MX official site. 19 December 2012. {{cite web}}: Unknown parameter |trans_title= ignored (|trans-title= suggested) (help)

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 01:34, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This list is very close to a Wikipedia technical limit and may need to be split or trimmed[edit]

Until I replaced {{bandera|country}} with {{flagg|cxxlo|country}} per Template:Flagg#Comparison with other templates this page exceeded Wikipedia's technical limits. As a result templates at the bottom of the page did not display. See WP:PEIS for details.

The page is now just short of the "post expansion include size" limit.

I recommend looking at converting {{fb}} and {{fb-rt}} to use Lua modules or replacing their use in this article to similar Lua-based templates or directly calling Lua modules. Doing so should pretty much eliminate the problem.

Another option, one that requires no "new coding," is to split the page, perhaps by era. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 16:20, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
