I think that this is a great start to a potentially awesome article. I also liked the formatting that you have in place currently. I would like to see a little more content in your next update of this article though. It seemed a bit light when it came to linking this court case to a inequality in education overall. Overall I enjoyed your article, one suggestion I have for you would be to go back and fix a bit of the wording though, I found a sentence in the first paragraph that did not quite flow right to me but, that is ultimately your choice.--Rsowick (talk) 09:49, 15 October 2015 (UTC)

This is a very well-written article on a topic which seems to define how our education system operates today. So far, I think the organization of you're article is ok. The information under your headings is relevant, neutral and informative. I would play around with adding some subheadings within those sections. For example, under a section titled "Interpretation", I might then title two subsections that describe what "Thorough" and "Efficient" means in the context of this case. It might also help if your first defining sentence stood alone and you lowered the rest of the content under the "background" heading. Take a look at how other Court cases are formatted on Wikipedia, such as Marbury v. Madison and that should give you some ideas.
